Connect it first, check your business details and house rules, and use it for video.
Your webfaCe Desk is a workspace you talk to. Ask for a week of posts, a change to a page, or a campaign to your past clients — it drafts them and shows you before anything happens.
Open Connections and press Sign in with webfaCeMEdia →. Until you do, your Desk cannot reach your website, contacts or social accounts, and it will seem limited. It restarts itself after you connect — give it half a minute and carry on.
If we set up your Desk, your business description, services, area, tone, brand colours, logo and house rules are already on the Business page. Read them once and correct anything that is not right — everything it writes starts from that page, so a wrong detail there shows up everywhere. If the page is blank, fill it in before asking for anything.
Anything you never want said — a claim you cannot make, a price you will not quote, a competitor you will not name — goes in House rules, one per line. It follows those in everything it writes. If it ever says something you do not like, the fix is usually a new line there.
The dashboard uploader stops at about 6 MB, which most phone videos exceed. The Desk uploads in pieces and handles video up to 50 MB, so send video through the Desk.
A Desk showing no modes and no connections has usually stopped rather than broken. Tell us and we will restart it — nothing of yours is lost.
