Where your website editor is, what you can change freely, and the one screen to leave alone.
The quickest way to change your site is to ask your Desk (or Claude or ChatGPT, if you connected them). If you prefer to edit by hand, your website editor is at /admin on your site — if your site is example.com, it is example.com/admin. Sign in with the email we invited, using Google or a password. It is a separate login from your webfaCeMEdia account.
Changes are saved as drafts as you type, but visitors do not see them until you press Publish. You can leave something half-written and come back to it.
Page text and headings, photos, blog posts, and your meeting types — the name, length and description of the calls people can book with you.
Site settings holds your logo and the wiring the whole site depends on, and Navigation sets the menus. A change there affects every page at once and is awkward to undo. If you want something changed on either, ask us.
Check you pressed Publish, then give it a minute and reload. Pages are cached so visitors get them fast, which occasionally means a change takes a moment to show. If it is still missing after a few minutes, tell us.
Built your site in the planner? Once it is live, edit it here or through your Desk — not in the builder. Publishing from the builder again would replace edits made here.
