It drafts follow-ups, campaigns and posts for you to approve — nothing is sent without you.
Your Agent dashboard watches your contact list and your website, and drafts the writing that tends to slip — follow-ups, campaigns, posts. The most useful thing to know about it: it drafts, it does not send.
Once a day it re-reads your contact list, works out who has gone quiet, and drafts a follow-up for each of them. Those wait for you. It also records the conversations your website chat has with visitors, and if your site has weekly reports switched on, emails you a summary every Tuesday.
Every email to a customer. Every campaign. Every social post. Every change to a page on your website. You see the exact thing before it goes anywhere, and nothing happens until you press the button.
Sending a campaign delivers email to every inbox on the list, and there is no recall. Always use Send test first — it sends the exact message to you and nobody else — and read it on your phone before you approve it.
Starting a sequence is the same thing on a timer: it fixes who is in it at the moment you start, then sends over days or weeks. You can stop the rest with Pause on the sequence, but anything already sent is sent.
Canadian law requires a mailing address in the footer of marketing email to people who have not dealt with you before, so outreach campaigns stay blocked until you fill in Mailing address in the email branding settings (next to your logo and brand colour). That is deliberate and it protects you.
Each person connects their Gmail once — press Connect Gmail when it asks. Signing in with Google alone does not connect your mailbox. After that, emails go from your address and replies come back to you.
