By accessing and using WebFace Planner ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WebFace Planner is a professional website hosting and management platform that provides visual planning tools, custom website development, managed hosting, and content management services. The Service includes access to a visual planner, professional hosting infrastructure, and content management system (CMS).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you create and manage through the Service. WebFace Media retains all rights to the Service software, hosting infrastructure, and proprietary technology. After one year of continuous hosting service, you may request a code transfer, subject to our code transfer policy and applicable fees.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WebFace Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Hosting and Code Transfer

Your website is hosted on our professional infrastructure. We maintain ownership of the hosting platform, codebase, and proprietary technology. After one year of continuous hosting service in good standing, you may request a code transfer. Code transfers are subject to:

  • A minimum of 12 consecutive months of paid hosting service
  • Account in good standing with no outstanding payments
  • A one-time code transfer fee as specified in our pricing
  • Transfer to your own repository and infrastructure accounts

Upon code transfer, you assume full responsibility for hosting, maintenance, and technical support. WebFace Media is not responsible for any issues arising after code transfer.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
